We offer surface treatment options according to the customer’s needs: glass-ball blasting, steel grain blasting, sandblasting and wet painting.

We offer surface treatment services mainly as part of our one-stop shop concept.

Blasting with glass-balls is a surface treatment and cleaning procedure that is swift and effective, resulting in an excellent surface. We carry out glass-ball blasting with a Vacublast ERA blaster. The blasting room volume is 258 m³ (L: 10,0m / W: 6,0m / H: 4,3m). The blast material is 0,2 mm glass fiber balls with speed approximately 10m²/h, depending on the size of the part.

The blasting does not wear the surface of the part
